The WFN Staffing Division employs professional recruiters with a background in a variety of specialized fields that allow them to qualify candidates based on their own real-world, workplace experience. Work Force Network Staffing Division recruiters have built an extensive database of professionals, utilizing traditional recruiting tools and their networks from previous fields of employment, to find candidates that are off the grid to the typical staffing company.

Work Force Network takes personal responsibility for all candidates we put into the field, absorbing the workman's comp, taxes, payrolls processing fees and unemployment insurance of our employees during the duration of their time working through our company. We also actively involve ourselves in ensuring the proficient performance of WFN employees, enacting disciplinary action and/or replacement of said individuals should our customer's require it.
