  • Work Force Network's orientation sessions are specifically tailored to the rules and regulations of our individual customers utilizing video, print literature, and our employee handbook. Each employee representing WFN is fully orientated before being assigned to work for our customers.
  • Work Force Network provides training sessions tailored to optimize efficiency and maximize safety, specifically in the case of skilled trade labor that may prove hazardous without the proper instructions. All Work Force Network's placements are trained in proper techniques of their job function, regardless of past experience.
  • Aside from math and logic testing, Work Force Network also provides specialized testing on specific functions such as reading multimeters, calipers, and gauges, identifying product deficiencies, and conflict resolution questions tests to make sure we are providing a qualified and reliable employee to our customers.
